I ordered these flowers for my friends birthday. Feedback from my friend was that they were absolutely beautiful. So I'm very pleased as I have never used your service before and they arrived when they said they would. Great. Thank you

Recently purchased a 2 seater sofa bed. The shop staff were very helpful. The item was delivered on time and quickly.

I haven't used the sofa bed yet as I was decorating the bedroom, when I did unwrap it one of the back legs has snapped off. I called them and the staff were really polite, they sent the new leg and I was told to call again when I received it. I don't really know why they couldn't have just booked a call for me there and then. However I called back and was then contacted by their service department and they said they would call me when I had received the part they had just ordered! I said I already have the part so we booked an appointment for this Tuesday 13th.

In all the process to have this tiny part put back on has taken about 3 weeks. I paid over £800 for the sofa and I haven't been able to use it. It's still stuck in the wrapping

This has put a bit of negativity on the experience which otherwise was really good!

They really need to offer a quicker service for repairs.

I purchased a kitchen from this company in September 2015 mostly I am happy with the kitchen even though there are still a
Few items missing. However if there is a problem it doesn't get sorted out they say they have ordered parts when they hadn't. They never call you back when they say they will. I was waiting for week for some hinges they said it was because the order included a replacement door. The hinges arrived but not the door they say they have no record of the replacement door! I have a kitchen with doors missing. They are finally coming to fit them on 7th March. You have to pay al the balance in advance
So there is no urgency for them to come and complete the work. I have not had one letter of apology from this company some the staff have a dismissive attitude say they will order what you need but they don't. I wouldn't recommend this company there are thousands of kitchen companies out there! My advice find one that doesn't want the payment all up front!

Did not receive delivery they say ups tried to deliver 3 times no delivery notes no emails to say when they would attempt the delivery now they say the parcel has been abandoned by me and then and I've losty money. Don't deal with them they are fraudsters who don't give a s. T as long as they have your money
