I called in MULTIPLE times and after 10+ minute hold times I would finally be transferred to someone with a very thick accent. There was the summer sale promo going on and I wanted to use the promo code for my elite VIP box. The rep would not help me and told me I should send everything back and then reorder what I wanted using the code. She then refused to transfer me to a manager. I have emailed 3 times now over the past week and never received an email back. Needless to say that if I do not hear from someone soon I will be canceling my subscription! Very upset!
