Payment done on 21 Aug, call and spoke several times but no feedback for order delivery status. Live chatting saying serval times and promised will email back, still no feedback. What should we do?
We have placed order and paid on 21/8, when we asked them by live chat serval times for tracking number, they said they will email to us. But we did not receive any email for tracking number. We sent email and call them serval times but we got no reply as well. Almost 3 weeks... but we don't know our order was shipped or not. What can we do...?
