I am in the market for a used truck. Attempting to find one online was an issue since every site once you have designed your query wants your email address, phone, etc so some salesman can call you. However, I found a great site Autotrader.com. You can design your search, save it and view at your leisure, refining criteria as needed. Amazon is a good company that was once great. Their ease in ordering and paying is second to none. The problem with their current policy is they are really cutting the price using sometimes very poor quality products from overseas. Now their return policy and return procedure is again; 2nd to none. Click a couple of buttons, take a printed return form to UPS and ship it with a credit already posted back to your account. Amazon could return to greatness by doing more quality control and allowing reviews that were not only about the product but also about the company. Good luck and God bless.

I ordered an athletic sweater for my wife. Paid the extra 12.95 for 2nd-day. Package did not show up. Went on their chat site. Was disconnected 3 times, made to wait for a "moment" (many minutes) while they looked up the transaction. Was told that 2-day meant 3-day really since the next day counts for the shipping day. "HUH. The site said FEDX". Anyway, I think they credited my account with shipping charges but I had no sweater for my wife. Glad I ordered from Cableas as well. I did have a shirt that was ordered on the same day for 4.95 shipping and arrived on time. Use this review for what it is worth.
