I purchased a floor cleaning robot from this company. Even after multiple email exchanges with customer service, Tomtop.com has done nothing to make this right. They even refused to post my Tomtop.com review of this product.
Below was the email that I sent along with a picture of the damaged box and a video of the device malfunctioning.

Hello, I wanted to report three issues with this order:
1) Please see attached. The box was packaged in a paper envelope without an exterior shipping box. The product's box was greatly damaged in shipping and handling as pictures.
2) The product is not as described. No charging cable came with or can be used with this device, as pictured. This model does not have a plug-in socked and three AA batteries are required.
3) Upon first use, the product went almost around my kitchen wood floor around my island. 3/4 the way around it stopped moving and just vibrated in one place.
Please assist?
