I purchased water filters for my refrigerator in April 14 2020, they sent the wrong ones. I requested an RMA and three weeks later after several phone calls finally got one on May 5, l 2020 and I sent the filters back at MY expense. After several emails sent to them from their website and multiple phone calls, I still have no refund. The emails go unanswered and the phone call agent is a recording stating that they are busy and I can call back later. It is now more than 60 days and no refund.
