I don't usually complain about customer service; however, after my third attempt it got rather discouraging.
All I needed was my return label to send back my items within the 30 day time limit. Although they send me 15 or more emails a day with deals and sales, they couldn't manage to find my email to send my return label!
I now realize you can go online and print your label, but the website does state that you need to call... so that's why I did!... oh, and I never did receive the return label by phone- scam for sure! Unacceptable service!
