Delays. Lies. And a fake bag.
They made NO effort to keep me updated on the delay.
They made NO effort to resolve - selling me a fake bag.
Instead, I was requested to fork out more money to send it back. When they should have done this out good faith.
They told me their certification is real. Not true.
To add to the further insult, they advised me to go and pay for an authenticity elsewhere and ONLY THEN they will reimburse me. Wow!
How about you pay for it, from a place of my choosing?
And how about you WEAR the cost of shipping. I did my part, and that was pay you in full for a fake bag.

Don't buy from them, they are dishonest, unaccountable and have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Disgraceful!
