Purchased a Gucci bag that started to fall apart after a couple of months. Had it authenticated and came back fake. They took the bag back for assessment but refusing to give a refund. I went to pay them a visit in store and they wouldn't listen to any of my concerns and the threatened to call the police on me. They are blatantly breaking the law and are thugs selling fake bags. Do not buy from them! Buyer beware! All fake merchandise! Terrible customer service!
