INSTACART beware - don't use them. A service that shops at grocery stores and deliveries. I have got overcharged for sales tax on 4 different orders. I pay the store sales tax of 5.250% and then Instacart adds sales tax again of 10%. I talked to two agents and they will not take off the added sales tax because they said I agreed to it when I placed the order. The last order they overcharged $22.20 in sales tax! The shoppers were goood but Instacart.com adds a delivery fee, a service fee, a tip for shopper and double sales tax.
After almost 4 months of back and forth with Paypal and the scammer-ComfyFree, the case is resolved. Paypal found in my favor and I have received a refund to my credit card. I had chatted and messaged them and really bugged them because they kept changing the resolution date to longer away. I filed a complaint at Better Business Bureau. The case was decided in my favor.
Only time I have had a problem is the last 3 months. A seller from China is scamming people. Lots of people. Three month ordeal of comments on the case in the resolution center. Paypal just keeps dragging it on and lets the seller have more time. I will give it little more time and then I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I received a cheap phone cord instead of the clothes I ordered. $68 the scammer got.

Do not order from this scammer. They popped up on facebook offering beautiful clothes. Clothes that they really don't even sell. I was scammed big time. They sell in English, but respond in Chinese, because that is where they are. I don't know why PayPal even lets them be a customer. Paypal keeps delaying a resolution. The scammer responds to paypal that my shipment is on the way. First with a fake tracking number. Then with a real number from China Air Mail Post. When tiny envelope gets to me after a month, it is a cord for a phone charger. Not even the real thing. I did not receive any of the clothes ordered. If my camera wasn't broke on my phone I would send a picture of a phone cord that took 3 months to arrive. They are scammers and liars and so far Paypal has let them get by with it.
