If I give positive feedback, than they have probadly gone above and beyond. I'm willing to give companies another chance if they make right of their wrong. You will know about my experience.

I purchased a pair of ski poles from this company. The baskets on the poles would not stay on. After two runs, second to find the basket that fell off, they both ended up lost. I contacted the company a couple times, and they have not responded at all. I just want to replace the parts, or do a return. Just an auto generated email stating delay due to the pandemic. OK, a week or two would suffice. 6 weeks, unacceptable. I don't recommend companies that don't stand behind their product. This far in to the pandemic, there is no reason to still be using that as an excuse for poor to no customer service. Buyer beware, if you have an issue, your out of your hard earned money.

After the most recent phone update, right before the holidays of course, I get an update, and my Samsung S7 Edge, is extremely glitchy. Ever since I paid it off, every update has contributed to my phone being close to unusable. I've been trying to hold out, but after the last update, my phone is junk. Verizon offers nothing for my phone, won't help you out any further because they don't have a promotion. I've been a customer of theirs for a really long time. No loyalty to their customers. Their recommendation is go into the store, and they "may" have a promotion they cannot offer, and the caviat is there could also be a long wait there. There is no way I'm the only one having this issue. Many people have seen these sort of issues from different devices from different manufacturers from the updates. Verizon has to be aware, and they are going to. Take advantage of you to sell you a new phone, which is going to be quite a bit more expensive than your current phone.

Tip for consumers:
Customer service won't pay attention.to.what you're saying. Give them a call. They still won't do anything for you.

I've used POF on and off for several years. Paid service, and free service. The free service used to be really good. Paying for it opened up a few more features, but didn't make it a much better value to be a paid subscriber. In the past months I have noticed features being removed from the free subscription. Obviously, to be made available on the paid subscription. This is lame and greedy. How about leaving the great free subscription alone, and restoring the renoved features, and improving upon your paid subscription service? If I'm going to have to pay for a good dating site, I recommend Match.com.


Placed a duplicate order, noticed on invoice that duplicate is incorrect. Contacted them immediately. I'm then told that once the order is placed, there is nothing they can due. They won't cancel or modify the order. Had to lose personal time to go to the bank to dispute the charge. Provided the bank copy of my original order, duplicate, and email chain with MPIX customer service. I'd love to hear MPIX excuse for charging someone for an incorrect order.

Update 9-12-16:
No customer service response per the business response to my post. It's apparent they don't care, or have any interest in rectifying a problem with their unsatisfied customer.
