On November 13 I ordered a winter coat with a matching scarf, on the 20th I sent a message that I still have not received a delivery date or notification that my ordered had shipped and considering I made an order with Bootlegger the same date and received the item within 4 days I found this strange. I receive a notice back on the 21st saying are shipping the scarf. I message please do not send the scarf without the coat because they go together... I get the scarf the 24 and a notice that unfortunately the coat is no longer available but they will give me 10% off the coat... Why would I order anything else! Ever! Now I have to return the scarf on my time.


I have ordered items online from Bootlegger several times. Their website is great, the size chart does match the item, their clothes is good quality and best of all they deliver within 4-5 days of ordering every-time and unlike the GAP when you order from them you don't get told it is out of stock 10 days later.

I love the shoes, I own a pair I purchased at a store so I thought I was safe ordering from their website. Received them within a week (great) looked good until I turned them over, one of the shoes had definitely been worn before... not happy! I did buy them on sale but for $84.75 I didn't pay for used shoes!


No stars! Do not purchase anything from JJ House. I purchased a dress that was about an inch longer on one side then the other, the middle was twisted because of the difference. I bought the leatherette shoes to go with the dress and they were crushed in at the front and made of some sort of cardboard, YES cardboard, I'm still in shock. I have never been so disappointed with an online purchase
