This site is ridiculous. I just moved to a house that has hooks for about 50 pictures. I ordered 2 from Art.com on March 2nd... Every time I try to find out where my order is I get "In Production". I don't understand. How can you run a business where print production takes nearly 2 months? On the live chat I was told that they would expedite the shipping. What BS. I wish I would've read the previous reviews prior to ordering. I've bought other prints from Minted.com, Society6.com, and Allposters.com with no problems... Please check out these sites before you order anything from Art.com. Also, you'd think they'd know what they're doing based on the number of sales emails they send. Delete them and shop elsewhere. This company is beyond frustrating.

I had PULS repair my dishwasher handle 3 weeks ago. It appointment was fine, technician showed up and did the job. It cost around $250. The handle broke again 3 days ago and under PULSs guarantee, I requested an appointment to redo the job. Well, that was 3 days ago. First day, they canceled 7 min before the scheduled time. Second day, they canceled 6 min before the scheduled time. Today, Day 3, they did not show up at all. After many calls to customer service (with ridiculous background noise) they promised someone later in the day. Technician actually called to say he was running late, but would see me in 1/2 hour. I then get a text message saying "sorry you had to cancel". Seriously? I am in contact with their customer support, but honestly this has been a NIGHTMARE! I am going to file a disputed charge claim with my credit card company. If you are a homeowner, landlord, property manager, real estate agent, STAY AWAY FROM PULS! Read the Yelp reviews as well. This seems to be the way they operate.

Really, Sephora? I have been VIP Rouge for years and a makeup addict. I have over 2,000 points in my account at the moment. The rewards are terrible, the choices limited and/or sold out. Two samples instead of three? And they don't even send the ones you choose... like whatever is leftover. With the mark up on cosmetics, an extra sample is not a huge expense for this company. I generally order online and have minimal interaction with real people. There is so much competition in this industry and Sephora used to be the leader. Now I make Ulta and Space NK my first choice. So sad.

We spent $200.00 on art work. All the prints were low quality. They were wrinkled beyond fixing...
