Customer for many uears
A full 8 ft tall very alive and thriving sassafras ready to pop out in the Spring.
Previous experience
Been on NutriSystem for 10+ years. Food, since Covid, has not been as good and selection has digressed. It is difficult to communicate with them for change or delay of delivery dates, and you end up with unwanted food you have no place to put. I spent 2+ hours on phone trying to delay, my order. Finally gave up and did a merchant block on my credit card. Sad. They used to be really good.
NO FULL REFUNDS given even if it is their fault you do not get your plant. Waited three months for a plant and given only excuses for them not sending it. Asked them if I could get a refund if I found it somewhere else and canceled. They said yes I ordered it from somewhere else to receive in 2 days and called to cancel and they told me there would be a 10% cancellation fee, and there was nothing I could do about that, their fault or mine it doesn't matter.
Tip for consumers:
Bad service and unapologetic about it. I really felt like everyone I talked to had no idea about plants either.
Products used:
after 3 months of waiting and calling, no product, no promise of getting it any time soon, and no full refund even after i was promised a refund the day before i ordered it from Fast Growing Trees. FGT was shipping the day i ordered.
I was not allowed to select and pay for quicker shipping. I needed it by this weekend. I bought the stuff anyway, but now I have to shop somewhere else for this weekend.
