I went on the four-week five-day plan on the advisement of the 'counselor'. Encouraged after one week when I had lost 5 pounds, not so after week two, gaining one pound. I adhered to the program very closely, watching my food on weekends and literally having no alcoholic drinks. After week three I had lost no more weight. I cancelled my 'club' membership to assure I would not receive an unwanted shipment. I had received a phone call from a counselor after week one, schedule another after week three, but after cancelling I never heard from anyone again. Some of the food was not to my liking, the breakfasts peanut butter bar is disgustingly sweet. A couple items were not bad, two of the frozen were good but simply too much to eat! Overall, I was hoping for better results, did not achieve my goal!

Nutrisystem's food is bad (compare to see what's on TV) and they keep taking away any o the good choices they have. I cancelled them a couple of years ago and found that they locked me in for three recurring charges as late as 8 days ago. They refused to remove them so I protest it with my credit card company

The vanilla shake container I received contained plastic pieces. Nutrisytem said I had to pay for return of their defective shakes. Their malfunctioning equipment and I have to pay….DO NOT RECOMMEND - trying to contact FDA & State Health Department to report this dangerous situation

The food is horrible. Packed with sugar and carbs. But the worst is that I tried to cancel and they make it extremely difficult. I had to text for over 20 min with an agent that kept ignoring my repeated requests to cancel. She was downright harassing me.

This program did not work for me. I followed it to the letter and gained weight after three weeks. The only way to get your money back is to cancel within 7 days, which is not enough time to tell if it works! Somewhere in the very small print, as there are A LOT of pop ups, advertisements, graphics, etc., it says if you don't order at least twice, you will be charged $150.00 for cancelling.
First of all, the food tastes like cardboard, the plan is supposedly guaranteed, but it's not; and you have to stick with it for two months or they will charge you. Not much of a guarantee and not much of a program,

I used Nutrisystem for six months last year and lost 80 pounds. It works if you follow the directions and it's simple I didn't mind the meals or the snacks. I thought they were all good enough taste wise but after eating the same amount of limited food for six months, I began to grow extremely tired of the same old same old so I went off the diet. I was getting tired of the diet at the same time gained back 30 pounds going to try and lose 30 pounds went back on Nutrisystem because I saw advertising about a new men's basic plan for men Ordered it up. I received the same food package as last year. Fortunately I am able to eat it. I purchased a three month order once it's done I'll go back on my own. I wish they had a larger menu or rotated or something then I'd stay on it longer, but at the beginning it was great.

I signed up for the uniquely yours program. I tried it before my second shipment was to be delivered. I found after a month I was not losing the weight promised in a month. Thus, I decided to cancel the second shipment. I found a person cannot cancel the account fron the online account. I had to call in. Well there were several save attempts along with long winded questions as to why I wanted to cancel. As i pushed back the final option as a penalty for cancelling before the second shipment was to pay 125.00. I was livid, however I will glady pay the 125.00 just to be free of this sham of a product. So I would suggest to be prepared to pay at least $600 for two shipments or more and if you decide to cancel before the second shipment be prepared to pay a penalty. This is not a clean cancellation there are strings attached. This product did not work for me and i would not reccommmed it to anyone. Don't believe the hype like I did.

Last time I was on this it was almost 1/2 the cost. Now same food with a slight twist and costs have doubled. On fixed income and wish I could now afford this but will have to find something else. BAD customer service!

Please be careful! Nutrisystem will take your credit card info and keep charging you over $700 every month even if didn't signed for automatic renewal. Customer service is horrible. Food is horrible too!

This review only allows 100 words will make this short and sweet. They lied to me when I bought this plan, they told me I could cancel so I wouldn't have to do a second month with no cancellation fees after calling the number and trying to cancel somebody named Doug tells me that I can't. I have to pay $125 dollars after the initial person that sold me the plan told me I could cancel and it was no fee. Then Doug persist to tell me the plan I God is not a weight loss plan needless to say, he repeatedly lied to me, and I will never, and I mean never use anything that has the name Nutrisystem attached to it

On top of the food being terrible, they charge $125 to cancel a program!

Avoid this program! Better off buying and preparing your own food.

Do NOT get the products from Nutrisystem.
I was hoping to get more meats and vegetables as I am gluten intolerant.
EVERYTHING has wheat and flour in it.
When I tried to return the non-refrigerated items, as I'd tried to make it work, they said NO, they would not take them back as I'd eaten a few of the tthingsI GAINED WEIGHT! I got sick, but they didn't care!

I would say customer service is horrible, but no humans work there to speak with.
Emails and live chat are automated responses, won't allow you to cancel or get refund. The food is awful. Big scam, why aren't they shut down, ripping people off.

The food's not that good tasting it has a lot of sodium and preservatives of it. I never lost any weight.
Now i'm stuck paying a fee of a hundred and forty five dollars just to cancel it for the next month. That sucks that's why i'm running this review

If I could leave negative stars I would! Worst food I've ever had. Smelled and tasted artificial. Customer service was decent.

I'm quite happy with the Nutrisystem food as well as the customer service! I've never had Any trouble switching the date of my next delivery, getting thru to anyone over the phone. They usually pick up within 2 minutes! Everyone has been quite friendly And helpful! A few mistakes were made with the delivery as well as meal replacements and they have been ever so obliging with correcting them. I've done WW in the past, but am favoring Nutrisystem due to their portioning, NuMi app for logging in food and now am Quite satisfied with their customer service. I wasn't able to stick to the plan after getting the first month of the plan, but started it as laid out by them on my second months delivery. It's been 2 weeks and have thus far lost 5 pounds. I am starting to workout now, so am looking for the steady weight loss they say will.and Is.happening. Guessing people with a poor experience aren't following guidelines (?) or calling the correct customer service number (?) Nutrisystem team has been helpful in moving my payment processing dates to fit times when funds would be available on my credit card (as had to skip a shipment.move it back due to insufficient funds).
I'm exceptionally pleased all around and have developed a taste for the foods I didn't think would happen. Great selection! Love how it's set up! I'm doing Uniquely yours max. I have decided upon doing more months than I had anticipated as it's working better than I presumed!
Thought I'd chime in due to reading the poor reviews.which are thankfully Not My story!

Was put on auto pay did not request tried to cancel was screamed & yelled at by JERRY told could not put on Hold for 55 min for cs sup and cut off will refuse order and return call cc Co have taken off card rude & disrespectful
