I've been wanting to try this haircare line since I first heard about it. The ONLY reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that it seemed to take a particularly long time to process my order... nearly a week. Seemed odd to me, given the direct marketing angle, I'd assumed it would be processed nearly immediately. Ordered, I think on July 2nd and just got the product today, July 11. Not bad turn around time once the order was processed, but like I said... anyhoo... the product does seem to work quite nicely. I have naturally curly hair and have always had issues with frizz and straw-like hair with the wrong products. When I would find something that would work it would stop being made. I used the cleansing conditioner, which was quite nice, and the anti-frizz styling creme... granted, I may not have used enough of the styling creme, and my hair is nice, light, curly and feels clean, but i do have frizz, which is a bit of a disappointment... it just means that I'll have to use a finishing product that I know works. All in all, if I had more spending money available to pay $30 a month to be on a subscription for haircare (it's more expensive if you dont' have the subscription) then I'd do it, but until I'm independently wealthy I'm going to have to pass for now. However, that being said, Jeremy, who was the customer service agent who helped me when i called to cancel the subscription aspect handled my call VERY professionally and VERY personably. I appreciated the way he handled the call and my request, which makes me more likely to return as a customer when I'm able to.
