When I called to get the fraudulent charges removed- even speaking with a supervisor you get "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry but apologies do not put $ back on my credit card. I am sure I did not agree to the monthly service charge. Supervisor Megan Miller says I did. THEY LIE that is her job. She has no more power than the poor people who are the first line on contact.
