First, all I ordered was a pair of reading glasses with a 2.75 magnification. It took over two weeks, and I kept getting these e-mail about how "the glasses are being review by the optometrist", "going into design", "Lenses are being manufactured",... I received about six or eight in total. DID I MENTION THAT THEY WERE JUST READING GLASSES? Finally, the glasses got here. The fuss they made over them arriving made you think that they arranged for Pope Francis himself to deliver the glasses and put them on my face personally. OK, the glasses get here, the pomp & circumstance has died down, and I am ready to start wearing these things. Well... When I put them on, I felt something strange I could not put my finger on, but I blew that off as just a new style and fit. So... I wore them all day; as the day progressed, I got a mild head which I attributed to the heat, or possibly being tired. As the day went on, my headache got worse. By the time I got home, my headache was in DEFCON 4 area. (At 63, I am not a geek, I just thought "DEFCON 4" sounded good.) Anyway, my headache is killing me, my eyes are watering, and I am in a nasty mood. Then one thing hit me,... in all my life, NEVER has a headache ever caused my eyes to water... CLICK... The glasses... I took them off and put on the remains of my old glasses,... the headache was gone in an hour. (OK, so I was an idiot for not realizing it earlier, chalk it up to being busy, frustrated and having a headache. Besides, it never occurred to me that anything could be wrong with the glasses to cause that.) Moving on... in a rudimentary way, I test the lenses, and found that they were two different strengths. (I will not bother to go into the details of what other experiments I tried in order to determine the problem before testing the lenses hit me.) Anyway, I cannot be exact, but it appeared that one lens was indeed 2.75, but at best, AT BEST, the other lens was a 2.5 lens, probably worse. OK, next, "chat" with their customer service and told that "person" the problem. He/She/or it got my order number, and claimed to look up the paper trail of the glasses while being made. This "person" typed to me, "what is you concern? Your glasses were made to your specifications. I then wasted time by asking, "are you telling me that I requested to have reading glasses with two different strengths?" The response was that they were made with 2.75 lenses on each lens. I told the chatter that "I have got the glasses right here, and they are two different strengths of lenses". After some back and forth banter in which the glassesusa.com employee was not giving in one inch to even the possibility of an error. I just did not have it in me to fight any more (at my age, I have done just about all the fighting crooked companies I care to do. At least for something in the $35.00 range.) FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, YOUR SANITY and YOUR EYES. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Too many places make glasses, they are just not worth it!

I bought two new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 phone the day they came out. My intention was to trade in my old Note 5 phones A. S.A. P. to get the highest price for them. Well, stupid me... I saw this place and they offered more than any other place. Greed made me go with them, even though I am well aware of the fact that there is no such thing as a free lunch. I sent the phones to Iretron and when they got them, they decided to give me $19.00 instead of the $192.00 they originally offered me. Here is the e-mail I received from them regard both phones ---:
---------
We just wanted to let you know that our inspection result doesn't match with the claimed condition of your devices. The reason is as follows:
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Verizon is locked to the previous owner's google account, so it could not be activated. We would like to offer a new price of $19. Please reply the mail to let us know if you'd like to take this new offer or not.
If you agree with the new offer, we will move forward and pay you this amount in 3 days. If you disagree with the revised offer, we will return your item back to you on our expense. If you do not respond to us within 5 days, we'll assume you are alright with the new offer and move forward automatically.
----------------
There was nothing on their web site about some sort of "Google Lock-out", and on top of that, I am one of those that uses a phone very minimally and when I need a new app, I take it down to Verizon and have them so it. So I do not see how anything could have been "locked out by Google" But again, remember, there was nothing on their web site that mentioned that issue as a condition, yet they NOW tell me that I lied to them and they are offering me less than 10% of their original offer, and only $19.00 for a phone that should get well over $150.00, at least. (They are both 64gb models.) AND THEN... look at the last line. If they do not hear from me within 5 days, not even 5 business days, but 5 days, they will go ahead with the order and send me that chicken feed. It has been a week now and I have heard NOTHING. I sent four e-mails, left two voice messages (no one ever answers their phones), tried to chat at least 10 times, and I have heard nothing about my phones or my phones being returned to me.
THIS IS A REAL SCAM OUTFIT. FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE,,,, STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

I love the service but the coupons you offer aren't really straight forward. ( multi150)
