I contacted A Place For Mom. I was hoping to find an assisted living facility for my mom to move into. My mom had a severe mental illness. Every time I see their commercial I remember what the representative said (as we were hanging up, she didn't know I heard her.) The representative was SCREAMING "Jesus Christ she's
Schizophrenic!" I called the representative and told her I heard her and gave her hell. Like I said everytime I see that commercial it reminds me of that phone call. Absolutely reprehensible that she would act like that.

There is no customer service phone number for Pandora. You have to email them. They will NOT refund their services that are charged to your credit card. I signed up for A PREMIUM FREE TRIAL. They charged my credit card for the Plus plan. Customer service email (no phone number, just email) said that they charge for the Plus Plan and then pro rate that plan when your free trial is over. The free plan isn't FREE! Keep this in mind when SIGNING UP for Pandora plans!
