Promotional Emailed Discount Codes - Invalid. I had to go back and forth with the company multiple times, as the discount codes they provided me were not functional. Not a good customer experience at all.
We finally (hopefully) reached a resolution. If not, I will be disputing the charge and the company knows that.
Too bad ZERO stars is not an option. This company is brutal to deal with. No refund 2 years after the original concert date -- maybe a law needs to be changed. Then I tried to relist my ticket for sale and their were so many technical glitches the stubhub agent could not even get it listed. I was told to clear my browser cache 3 times! That must be the go to answer :( I will never do another transaction with this company! If you decide to, you have been forewarned.
Lumosity has a bizarre refund payment policy and will NOT provide any refund for purchases made through the App Store!
My husband & I both subscribed (by mistake) and they won't refund one of the payments.
