I ordered a gift certificate from their website on Dec 2. Gift certificates are delivered via e-mail.
According to them, the e-mails should be instant. I have contacted them no fewer than 5 times to try to get this resolved. As of Dec 11, I still do not have my gift certificate, but my credit card has been charged.
Additionally, their chat function says, "We are online from 6:00am-5:30pm PST. Our next available agent will be with you as soon as possible."
However, when I tried to contact them at 6:45 PST, no one was online.
On my 5th attempt to contact them/get my GC, I was told the only thing that could be done immediately was a refund, and I could try to re-order. I now see my online order status is refunded.
I requested an e-mailed copy of the transcript of my last online chat. The chat that was sent was not complete.
