I placed an order in March 2015 knowing and accepting of the fact that the items could take awhile to arrive. Unfortunately, as each parcel arrived it became apparent that sizing is extremely inconsistent and even though I followed the instructions to measure and then choose the size, most of the items did not fit. The few that did had obvious construction flaws like unfinished seams, uneven hems and one item even had a sleeve sewn in backwards. The fabric is cheap and obviously synthetic and I doubt would survive many washings. This company will not allow returns unless you upload pictures of the defect and or pictures of measurements of the items with a ruler to prove the items are unacceptable.
As an online shopper who understands that even if an item arrives exactly as it is represented on the site you may not like it anyway, inability to return what you do not like is a deal killer for me.
Do yourselves a favor and skip this retailer. If you do not end up liking your purchase you are stuck with it.
6/12/15 Update. I want to update my review and add that since I wrote the original, Rosegal has contacted me and offered to let me return the items I purchased at my own expense for an 85% refund. I would prefer a full refund but this is certainly better than nothing. I was sent an RMA form and instructions for mailing the items back. I will update further when I receive the refund.
6/22/15 Update. I have determined that it will cost me $65.00 to return the items I purchased to Rosegal using the smallest flat rate USPS box that will hold everything. My total purchase was $172.00 and Rosegal is only offering 85% refund. This means I can only count on a refund of $146.20. When you subtract the $65.00 it will take to return the merchandise, my net refund is only $81.20. This is of course if the package is allowed through Chinese customs and Rosegal actually follows through.
One can argue that $81.20 is better than nothing, but I stand by my original position: You get what you pay for and hassle free returns is a must. To be fair, Rosegal never once miss-represented their return policy, but the questionable quality and inconsistent sizing that was represented by the items I purchased make it impossible for me to be a return customer.
