I travel frequently for business. I took a trip vía Lyft to PDX airport and believe my keys were accidentally left in the drivers car. I was not allowed to call the driver directly and the driver never responded to my cha messages. The customer support team was not helpful at all and just seemed to try and pacify me. The did not help me get in contact with the driver and ignored several of my chat messages initially. I will not be using Lyft in the future due to the terrible customer service.
I lost my passport and the car rental company in mexico Mex Car Rental would not rent to me, even with a photo of the passport. I was charged the full price of the car rental and they would not allow me to cancel or get a refund.

Tip for consumers: I lost my passport and should have been given a full refund if this would prevent be from renting a car.
