They make you think you are booking directly with the hotel & the amount it should may be half what they actually charge. When you IMMEDIATELY cancel they will still charge your credit card.
Charge shows up as: CCI*Hotel Res *******578 TX

File complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission so they don't keep doing this to others!
