I ordered 2 prints on Jan. 10. It is Feb. 21 today. They say my prints are delivered. They are not. Haven't been able to successfully communicate with them. If you are looking for art prints, try somewhere else. America is about competition to be the best. They, most definitely, are not.
Following up today (Feb. 22) after getting a reply from a BBB complaint I filed. They put the responsibility on me, it seems, to prove I ordered the prints (I have several screen captures of the tracking page). The only progress is they have changed the tracking page to make it appear the prints were delivered two weeks ago (this contradicts the screen captures from the interim).

After 9 months with Associa managing our condominiums we are still without basic support from them. They continue to ignore us, actually blaming us for the state of our community, even though we pay them thousands monthly. We inquire, they ignore. They promise much but deliver less than a token effort. This is how a billion dollar corporation treats its clients? We have elderly, infirm, children, and those with chronic illnesses living here. We gave them our faith to help us, not to be ignored. We should be worth more to Associa than the thousands we give them monthly to care for us.

Rude representative. Their inability to be successful is our fault, they say. What are we paying for.
