I thought this sounded like a great place to try some fragrances before buying full size. It seemed better than going to a perfume store and putting something on to try it each time. This way I could try for several days to see if I like it.
I ordered a pretty good selection of perfumes and colognes I had been wanting to try.
I ordered on 11/17.
I was told the product shipped on 11/23.
I was then told it was delivered on 11/25. I immediately went to the mailbox, excited to get my hands (and my nose) on my samples. No package in the mailbox.
I waited another day to make sure it didn't show up the following day. Nothing.
I emailed the company via a link in my shipping email. I got no response.
A couple of days later I emailed them again. This time I got a response. The response was that it's not their problem of the post office didn't deliver it. No offer to help with investigating what happened. No offer to replace any of my $88 worth of missing product. No follow up to ask if it ever showed up.
I started a claim with the post office. They say their GPS shows it delivered at the area where our cluster of (probably 20) mailboxes are. Perhaps the key to the parcel box was put in the wrong mailbox. They will ask their carriers to see if they can find out what happened to it.
Several days after that my package showed up in the mail as if nothin ever happened.
So, will I buy here again?
I like the idea of trying things, but the waiting, possibility it would never show up and I'd be out the money, and the lack of the company caring about this are enough to give me pause.
