My father purchased an annual membership and then died about 4 months later. The cost of the annual membership was about $100. When I called to info them of his death, I made to requests, first, that they remove his credit card information, and second, that they give a partial refund. They said they could do nothing. They refused to remove his credit information until the membership ran it's course, even though it was already paid in full. They also refused to refund any amount. I think considering the circumstances, their were insensitive in how they handled and explained the situation, and I think their policies are unprofessional. I was never allowed to talk to a manager or surprisor, only customer service reps. Please do NOT give them your business.
