* my rep made promises he never kept. I ordered a system and he promised the order would ship the next day. What he failed to tell me was the cameras were out of stock and would need to be shipped from CA to NY and then they would ship the cameras to me. * knew i needed the SYSTEM quickly and lied to me about the status. Over two weeks later I am still waiting for the cameras to arrive. I have cancelled two installs costing me more than $200. STAY AWAY from this company

BEWARE these people offer extremely poor customer service. They refuse to help with questions for a $700 order. I have rude emails saying they don't have time to talk only take orders! Don't do business with this company.

This is good quality which can fade if not covered n the sun.

Update from my last review
After 5 emails and several phone calls which they didn't answer the phone, and on email response, I finally received an email indicating the back order would be filled. 6 weeks later! No apology for the lack of communication which didn't surprise me. No other communication from this company. I would highly recommend that you DON"T do business with this company.
