Absolutely horrible horrible service and customer service! Would be a negative star review if I could. I called several times about the placement of my trash cans by their men. They placed my trash cans right in middle of my driveway where I was unable to get around them and I live on a relatively busy road with nowhere to go to get out and move the trash cans. I would be forced to stop in middle of my road, get out with the risk of getting hit, and move the cans as quickly as I could. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE ALSO EVERY RECEIVED! They don't care about their customers in the slightest.

Absolutely terrible customer service and out of this world shipping costs. My mother-in-law purchased a Groupon for Shari's Berries and was so excited to purchase their chocolate covered strawberries. I told her I would help her place the order. I helped her place a dozen covered strawberries in her cart for $34.98. We applied the Groupon code for $30 off. Got to check out... $14.99 for shipping! For goodness sake. I couldn't come to terms with this price so I stepped away and came back to place the order. Mind you, not even 24 hours later and didn't change ANYTHING, the shipping went to $16.99! How does that even happen?! I contacted customer service asking why this happened. Below is the conversation I had with the customer service rep. To sum it up, basically the customer service rep said she can't do anything about it. THAN WHAT DOES CUSTOMER SERVICE DO?! Absolutely highway robbery! Terrible, unethical and down right gougers. STAY AWAY!

Kathryn L (5/11/2018, 7:58:02 AM): Unfortunately I do not know. The computer automatically computes the delivery fees.
Me (5/11/2018, 7:58:20 AM): Is there anything you can do to make the shipping $14.99 again?
Kathryn L (5/11/2018, 7:58:43 AM): Unfortunately I cannot do anything with the shipping.

They have by far the most unsatisfactory customer service support. I wasn't pleased with their product and asked for them to send corrected ones and they wanted me to jump through hoops to get the items back to them and then wait to have better non-damaged items that had been corrected sent to me. Needless to say I didn't have that much time. I then was tricked into purchasing the Zazzle Black 2-days shipping. I called trying to get it fixed and they could care less. So now I try to use this $40 shipping membership and come to find out it is only 2 days AFTER the product is manufactured! It can be 7 to 10 days for the product to be manufactured THEN 2 days to get to you. Not worth it!
