I paid to use this website. I made two videos that worked fine although any time i ask for it to be emailed to me it never gets sent. I used to download the video to my computer but today after spending 1 hour and a half sorting out a video for my friends birthday it wont let me download it! I have now spent another hour and a half trying to get my finished video onto my computer with no luck! I saw on pervious reviews someone saying the video needs to be under 1 minutre (never been a problem before) so i cut it down and its still not worked.
I am now left very frustrated and dissapointed. Not worth the stress!

To do this, go to the 'My Movies' tab and click on your movie and then click 'download' at the bottom of your page. The link to download the video file will be sent to you.
