I purchased Phone Sheriff and it didn't work, despite checking what was required on the website. I started a chat and was offered Teen Shield as a replacement. Apparently they're the same company? Phone Sheriff was $89 and Teen Shield was given to me at no additional cost; it will be $153/year going forward. A hefty increase considering Teen Shield doesn't have some of the same features as Phone Sheriff. Teen Shield doesn't have the ability to block callers, e-mails, websites etc.

After an hour on chat I was able to do the first backup. Though I then had to wait 12-24 hours before the website I would monitor from would be able to acknowledge that device.

As of now two backups have been performed and I show "no records" from the monitoring website. No texts. No e-mails. No address book. No apps downloaded. Yet here I sit with the phone in my hand and can see there is a ton of activity.

List of why I would give this product zero stars if I could:

-slow website for monitoring
-ZERO real time information! The device activity information is only synced to the website when a backup occurs. Which means the device has to be locked, plugged in and connected to wi-fi. Even after that it could be 12-24 hours before the backup pushes to the monitoring website. Though I was just told it should be somewhere around 7-8 hours...still a LONG time! Certainly gives parents ZERO chance to intervene...
-GPS only tracks every 30 minutes. Tracking occurs by sending an e-mail to the icloud account associated with the device every 30 minutes. Not helpful if your child has left where they previously were...
-can't restrict anything on the phone, as promised by Phone Sheriff
-costs more than Phone Sheriff

I hope to get my money back since I didn't even technically purchase this product. And I certainly hope there is another monitoring product out there that's actually worthy of purchase!

I purchased a custom piece of furniture on 4/28/16 with Julia Levy. At first I thought the customer service was great as Julia discounted the furniture and threw in the cost of the "white glove delivery." The furniture was to come out of production in 8-10 weeks and arrive at my home 2-4 weeks from then. So no later than 8/4/16. That date came and went with not a SINGLE update from PoshTots.

I reached out to them to find out what was going on and was given a date that the furniture would be shipped and was told that the local delivery company would call to schedule delivery with me no later than 8/10/16. I tried to cancel the order but was told the item already shipped from production in California. No refund would be issued.

I received a call from the production company saying that the furniture was just being shipped on 9/1/16. So the above was a lie. At this point I reached back out to PoshTots saying that I wanted to cancel the order. I paid $2,999 up front for a piece of furniture that hasn't arrived. I held up my end of the agreement but they didn't hold up their end. I was refused a refund again.

Finally the local delivery company called to schedule the delivery for 9/12/16. I scheduled it, closed my business for the rest of the day, and waited. They were a no-show. At that time I reached out to PoshTots again. They responded the following day stating they would not issue a refund and that they would research what was going on. I reached out again 2 days later; no response. So now I'm wondering, is this a scam?! I've paid for the furniture and there is a total breakdown in communication, the delivery was scheduled but they were a no-show. I started looking at reviews online and found so many stories that were almost exactly the same as my own. Wish I read them prior to placing such an expensive order!

The delivery company called and I missed the call. I called back to reschedule the delivery and the person was confused; said someone would call me back. Did not happen.

It wasn't until 9/26/16 (13 days later) after my previous e-mail that PoshTots wrote an e-mail to tell me to contact the delivery company. It's now 9/28/2016 and have STILL NOT RECEIVED MY FURNITURE.

At this point I already purchased a piece of furniture to replace the furniture I never received because I was sick of my mattress lying on my floor and waking up with back pain.

I'm currently e-mailing with the PoshTots "sales team" (and Andrea cc'd on the e-mails by the "sales team") and I'm being told that a refund will NOT happen simply because I will not schedule the delivery. HA! I will be sure to provide updates as this continues to unfold (and I continue to waste my precious time with these people).

Do not do business with this company. Their customer service and communication is BEYOND poor. When you're dealing with a company whose name includes "posh," one would think you'd get a higher level of service; especially with items as pricey as theirs. As a small business owner myself I would never allow for such a breakdown in communication. Further, if a customer was this unhappy and it was evident that we (me, or one of my employees) dropped the ball, I would make EVERY effort to correct the situation, even if that meant refunding the customer and absorbing the cost of the product. Why? Because otherwise I'd hop online to find a review like this posted about my company!

I'm filing a police report and reporting them to the BBB. If this has happened to you I recommend that you do the same.

UPDATE 12/5/2016: Still no bed frame. Luckily my CC company completed the investigation and refunded me the full price. They were never able to make contact with Posh Tots. The BBB closed the investigation on 11/7/16 because they made multiple attempts to reach out to PoshTots to no avail.
