I have ordered from this company many times in the past and must say that I have been happy with the puzzles received. However, when ordering this time, I forgot how long it takes this company to actually fulfill the order and ship. The company advertises 7 to 8 days shipping. This is not true. This company does not even get your order out to shipping within that time frame. If you are not prepared to wait weeks and weeks for your order, don't order from BitsAndPieces. Also, the continuing "Covid" excuse on its website is pathetic. Last time I will order from this company. I've had it.

I have purchased from Travelsmith for years. I loved the quality and the customer service. I have items I purchased 5 to 10 years ago, and they are still beautiful and will go with me on my next trip. However, when I ordered recently, I was not happy with the quality and sizing of items I purchased and had to return them. I was confused when instead of "Travelsmith," the labels were "Northstyle" or "Magellan." Now, I understand that the old Travelsmith has been bought out. The cheap Chinese goods the new company is selling are not anything like what Travelsmith used to sell. I won't order again and am sad at losing a wonderful source of stylish and good quality travel clothing.
