Not only do they cheat customers out of purchase rewards in their games (like they did to a family member) but suddenly many ringers are appearing in the games on their site (especially farmland) with all the same farmer avatar. It definitely appears like they want to frustrate and halt the progress of customers winning anything, and they give much bigger coupons to newbies instead of customers who have bought thousands from them. Clearly they are now showing their true colors. Don't ever shop with a credit card on their site too, because neighbors say the cards quickly become compromised. Use PayPal or Google Pay, etc. only!

You have lost us as customers. You used to be a place that my spouse and I could both get a meal, unlike other chain restaurants like Guy Fieri's, Olive Garden, etc. where everything is prepackaged, and to make anything gluten free and vegetarian you just get garnish, because the meat was the bulk of the dish. I have Celiacs and an inability to eat meat due to AGS. I even have to take pills to eat cheese. I typically order the bottomless potato soup, w/o bacon, with a garden salad, minus the croutons, but was surprised today after I had drank half my margarita that this is no longer an option after 4pm. So, I refused to order something to just get garnish. The waitress advocated for us, after all, my husband was ordering a huge steak. The manager let me have a one time order of the bottomless soup and salad, but this still means I can't eat at your restaurant again, and won't. We have eaten at your establishment at least once a month for as long as our local Chili's has existed, but clearly discrimination against people with food allergies is the new Chilli's. And, no we will not be eating supper before 4pm. You were a go-to place when we traveled too, but this need to cut corners and the only options that work on your menu for my allergies, says it all. You only got a few stars because the waitress did her job and advocated for her customers. We appreciated that, because I was going to watch my husband eat and get something to eat at Tropical Smoothie on the way home.

Deceptive advertising on RCI. Very rude manager at Westgate Lakes resort in Branson, MO. They state on RCI they are pet friendly, but when you call its only for dogs or small horses? Our small bird with clipped wings which resides in a small carry cage was unwelcome at this resort but has been welcome and no problem at any other pet friendly resort on RCI. The manager didn't care that their ad on RCI didn't specify 60 lb dogs or small horses as the only pets they'd accept and didn't care if we could not get our money back because they didn't specify these facts on their site. Avoid these people. If they are not specifying these details, you know there are others they are hiding. And, they clearly don't care if they ruin a family vacation and cost people points and exchange fees they cannot get back.
