The shipping time is unacceptable. My first order took almost a month, and I have only 30 days until I need my next order. I ordered it 9 days ago and it is still in their pharmacy. I chatted with them to see what was up and the very poorly informed agent told me to talk to my doctor about what to do if I have to skip days of taking the medication due to the order not being sent in time. Prices are great but shipping time is TERRIBLE. They must fix this.

Tip for consumers:
They are not sensitive to the importance of not having a break in taking your medication and given their slow shipping times, this can happen

I like selling on Mercari. The site itself is good, safe and I always get paid in a timely manner. But when things go wrong, then the trouble begins. Whenever I list a high end product, they suspend my account stating I have violated their rules, but they don't say which rules or why. I list authentic items, always. I violate no rules. They usually reinstate my account within 24 hours or less and sometimes they restore the listings and sometimes they don't. When I write to them, it takes a day or so for a response, and the response never responds the actual issues in my emails. It is very irritating. I appreciate they are trying to run a safe site, but given sellers selling is how they make money, they ought to treat sellers with more respect. I would sell so much more on their site but I only list about 25% of my products on Mercari because I don't want to hassle with them. It's ashame.

I will join the many negative reviews on this site. I bought a shirt from Cettire, and used their own published sizing guide to determine the size to order. When it came the guide was off by 5 inches in the chest and the shirt was much too big. I didn't want to pay their $25 return fee given it was their error that led to my dissatisfaction so I wrote their customer service. They didn't reply after many emails. Then finally I heard from them. They claimed to have sent emails to me but either they went to spam or I never received them. They refused to accept the return because it was outside of their 14 day return period. I appealed and they continued to refuse a return on a $325 shirt I can't wear. They are not inside the US so there are no laws or safeguards. Just buy somewhere else. It's not worth the hassle or expense.

Tip for consumers:
They charge a $25 return fee and the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Since they are in Europe its not easy to meet those terms and they are completely unresponsive
