I am positively surprised with my experience on this website. They shipped the product next day (Friday) and I had my Miu Miu shoes on Monday. Maybe they took the reviews into account and improved their service. Who knows... But great prices and for me at least, it was super fast shipping.

They sent me the wrong item, on the way I received an email from DHL that I have to pay Customs fees to receive my items, even though on their site it clearly said that all the customs fees were included. I returned it the next day. Cettire received it, accepted it, and after that never refunded my money. I sent them many emails but they always responded that the refund is processing, It's been almost three months. Don't buy anything there!

I've regularly spent thousands with Cettire but they've lost my business permanently. I bought an expensive jacket during their Boxing Day sale which just never shipped - it took over a month of being ignored by their terrible customer service department and had to copy their legal department to get a response and refund. Finally they just claimed they didn't have the piece in stock, even though it was still be advertised as available in the same size on their site (and still is as of January 2024!). No accountability, they advertise and charge you for products their vendors don't actually have, then they hold your money hostage while you bang your head against a wall. Nightmare company.
14 days from delivery? You must be joking! ASOS gives 28 and yoox gives 60. Plus they charge €25 for the pleasure - everything to stop you making a return. STAY CLEAR
If I can give this company 0 stars I would. Customer service is beyond rude and takes days to answer. They only have a 14 day return policy and tells you no where. Does not care about customers returning or their satisfaction. Disappointed to say the least, do not spend your hard earned money on this site

I bought at christmas a pair of Golden goose sneakers. Size 39. When opening the parcel there were 2 left foot sneakers (one size 38 and another one 39) and no right one. Wrote to customer service and here i am waiting for a reply for Several days. No answer coming from them despitw the mistake.
Be careful! Had to return Christian Louboutin shoes because of the couple of defects never got a full refund. Not sure if their products are real
Bought two items, refund for one received in 5 days and the second item took 15 days despite their policy suggesting 5-7 days.

After 20 day they refunded my order but they withholds 30% of my original payment. There is not explanation why that money were not refunded

BUYERS BEWARE! I did not receive my $1200 item from DHL and Cettire did nothing to compensate or help me. I have emails from them saying "there is nothing we can do". Now I am out the money and have NO product I ordered. I have proof the order was rerouted from DHL to another location and still no help from either parties.
This is a fail in customer service for both Cettire and DHL.

Had my return for 10 days now and still have not refunded my card despite several inquiries. Had to call my card to put the charge in suspence.
Overseas transaction from another company was processed very timely. I will never purchase again from them. A shady website that is basically floating money for weeks. No phone number to call either.

Don't ever buy from them. They have the worst customer service. At Christmas my husband bought shoes and we were a few days late returning since they were a Christmas gift. Cettire wouldn't accept returns and wouldn't even talk to us on phone. They are awful. They told us via email to take pictures of the never worn shoes. When we emailed asking for a response they ghosted us.

Prada shoes too big and they wouldn't accept a return amd Chrostmas for being couple days late since I did not receive product until Christmas. They would not speak woth me over phome either.
Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Their return policy is completely misleading, as we have to return an item no later them the 10th day from the delivery date, but then they say we have 14 days to return it. This strategy to deceive the customer should be illegal.
The customer service only has standard answers, don't really care to understand and find effective solutions for the client. Only luxury outlet with such a bad experience. I feel completely fooled and impotent. Never shopping with them again. Never.

I am absolutely disgusted in the lack of service from Cettire. I purchased a luxury bag from them on the 22nd of November and still have not received it. Emails have gone unanswered and you cannot call them. On the two occasions I received a reply they simply advised they would look into my enquiry but they have not. They have my money and I have no product, no trust and no indication if or when I will receive what I paid for. Pathetic and disgraceful. I will never ever buy from them again.
Very horrified by my experience - I bought a Prada bag $2000+ and package came with no bag in it! Contacted them back and forth and nothing!

I got in touch with them and they asked me to send them back, I did. Bought them November 21, today is December 29. They have been saying they refunded me for over 2 weeks a refund that has yet to arrive while my bank says they have not received any refunds from this merchant. TOTAL SCAM! Thieves!

Don't buy anything from this business unless you want items COVERED in the worst kind of cheap cologne. This is the second - and last - time I will ever order from this company. Do yourself a favor and order from companies who understand professional behavior, or at least basic hygiene.
Before the holidays, my daughter ordered a pair of shoes she knew I loved as a surprise for my birthday. When she received them after about 10 days, I was in vacation and when I returned, i tried them and they were too big. But they didn't let her return it saying that their policy is the item has to be returned and in their facility 14 days after delivery! The other problem is that not knowing she ordered them for me, I also ordered them but a size smaller and when I returned from vacation, i tried them and they still didn't fit!
They wouldn't accept the return for the same reasons! So now we have 2 pairs of the same shoes that don't fit and no way to return them! They have the most horrible customer service I've ever seen for a luxury website! They lost 2 customers but don't even seems to care! Never shop there!

Purchased a Salvatore Ferragamo Gancini Reversible Buckle Belt for $569.05 from Cettire and it didn't come with the original box. Contacted customer support, no apology or explanation but that it should be included implying that I might have lost it. Why on earth would I be contacting you if the box was included. I was then told to open a return claim and pay the fees associated with the return which is absurd since this is a fault from your company for not providing a piece that should be included with my purchase.
I have purchased many luxury goods, 3-4 from Cettire and i have never received them without the original box. I even have an alternative Salvatore Ferragamo belt that was purchased from another supplier and that came with the original red box.
As luxury goods owner know, without the box, if you want to resell it, the item isn't worth no where near as it should be.
All i requested is to organize return for your product or provide me with the original box. This isn't complicated but Cettire is making it.

Don't buy from them. Never had such a bad experience... They respond 10 days later, I received the wiring item, had to send 15 emails before I got the first response. They refused to reship the item I have originally ordered, because on their website the price went up due to availability. I had to to discuss over three weeks, but the resolution was not in my favour. They had the item I had ordered still in stock in my size, but refused to send it. I will never buy from them again.

They have an awful customer experience. I have returned the item after one day if receiving it due to wrong size. It's been over 10 days no news from them to give the money back plus they are charging me 100$ return cost and duty still no money back nothing but threats from their customer support that they will do that.

I'm waiting since 15 december for an estimate delivery date. Its seems that nobody works in the costumer service but only in marketing as no one can help me but everyday Cettire uploads contents in social networks.
Already requested a refund but no one replies.
One year ago Cettire used to work well, this time has been the worst shopping experience ever.
It seems that I will not receive any order neither a refund. Even if it is not intended by the company, in this moment I fell like I was robbed!
