“Difficult to cancel, when i am not happy with it, and live chat is helpless”

I've tried to cancel the course, as i felt it isn't save - for a reason that they are hiding the cancel process. I contact live chat, he gave me link to the frequent ask, and told me to go to "classes" which doesn't exist anywhere in that page. And say "he is not responsible for that, bye bye"
