I really strugle, this is all in india, and once you pay, there is no one, its fraustrating. No one really cares and will help. I mean, super annoying and i really dont like to write bad reviews, but they need to change attitude. Bad. Will not recommend

(1) The training was very inconsistent.
(2) When I wanted to enroll to take the exam, SimpliLearn asked me for my ISACA username and password instead of providing a voucher. Highly unethical. Why would a company ever ask for another companies login credentials.
(3) When I asked for a refund, they dragged it out for over 5 months. I was only partially refunded.
(4) Overseas support was not helpful.

I have been to many training courses and this was by far the worst.

This is the worst digital marketing course

This is the worst digital marketing training ever, i was enrolled back in 2020 and the content is completely outdated, they still uptill now teaching universal analytics which is already deleted by google, you will never see 1 single on screen tutorial for practical knowledge, you just get theoretical explanation from people never practiced anything by hands on projects, now they are requesting me to pay more 1000 $ to move me to another course

Stay FAR FAR away

I signed up for a trial that clearly stated it can be cancelled any time. Unexpectedly $119 went off my account, long before the trial ran out. There is NO facility to cancel on ones account page on the website. Support is non-existent. I suspect a scam. They drag you in and then they drag you along making cancellation as difficult as possible.
Losing money is one thing- struggling to get out of a scam is more difficult. Save yourself the trouble.

PMP Course Review
August 8, 2023

I was trying my hardest to pass the PMP certification exams on my own until I got multiple calls from them. Then I signed up for the course and it was a complete waste of my resources. Time, money, and earnest effort were all wasted before I could even attempt my exam. Now I have gotten nowhere because of this.

I've tried to cancel the course, as i felt it isn't save - for a reason that they are hiding the cancel process. I contact live chat, he gave me link to the frequent ask, and told me to go to "classes" which doesn't exist anywhere in that page. And say "he is not responsible for that, bye bye"

When i registered for the CSM course by selecting Toronto Location it showed me 699$. But after that my CC was charged for 935$ which was not acceptable and after which i called up Simplilearn and they are saying its in USD but no where it was mentioned as USD in their website. I have raised a refund request for the same which is getting processed. PFA the screen shots for the same.

Poor Project Managers Teaching PMP

This company called me constantly over a couple of years until I finally agreed to purchase a 3 year package intended to be focused purely on passing the PMP. I put in hundreds of hours of study and then stepped away for some months before returning to study even harder. I studied their self paced material numerous times and then signed up for their live classes in November 2020. Many of us in the class asked if it was possible to be ready to pass the test by Jan 2,2021. Our instructor told us not to worry about that date because we would be ready for either test. Jan 2 came and left and I was still not passing the practice exam with a high enough score. Then I found out that all of the material was no longer in line with the new exam. In other words, you could study the self paced material and take the practice exams until you got 100% and you still wouldn't be prepared for the new requirements. When I called them to question this they told me I would have to pay even more money to get the updated material. This was clearly a breach of our agreement as I still had over a year left in contract. These people have no business teaching project management. Their phone system is a disaster and needs a project manager to fix it. They weren't ready for the new exam requirements and should have been telling people back in October that they would not be ready. And they failed to communicate with their students to keep them properly informed through their educational process.

I initially registered for one course with this company. I wanted access to the live seminars offered for the course. SimpliLearn said that if I bought a package of three courses, one of which is already paid for, I would be able to access the live lectures. They further indicated that I would have lifetime access to the courses.

Covid came around. During this time, a close family member fought leukaemia. I provided SimpliLearn with a disability certificate, asking them to extend the period during which I would be eligible for the live lectures. I was told that I still had course access (which I interpreted as access to the live lectures) until end of 2020. I was also told that if I needed an extension, one would be provided at no cost.

I tried to access the courses in February, 2021, and there is a new landing page through which I cannot even login. I contacted SimpliLearn and was told that I no longer had access to these courses, but they would provide access for either $200 or if I enrolled in a program for $1700. I submitted the email from them in which they said an extension would be provided. They "decided" that the author of the email meant this would be with additional costs. I was aghast, as I clearly stated I would not pay additional money to them, as each phone call to them resulted in them asking for more money.

In March 17/21, I filed a complaint with the BBB. SimpliLearn responded to me, stating that I would have access to ONE of the courses for six months, expiring on August 18/21. The math didn't add up - they were offering five months, and the other two courses were not even addressed.

Since then, despite sending them numerous emails and trying to utilize the BBB as a mediator for this nightmare, I've heard nothing. I've tried to login, unsuccessfully. I've tried to reset my password. No password reset was sent. However, they have sent me daily emails, trying to sell me more courses.

DO NOT spend your money on this company. They have no interest in your career advancement. They only want your money. As previously stated, even a simple call to them results in a sales pitch. It's beyond disturbing.
