I signed up for a trial that clearly stated it can be cancelled any time. Unexpectedly $119 went off my account, long before the trial ran out. There is NO facility to cancel on ones account page on the website. Support is non-existent. I suspect a scam. They drag you in and then they drag you along making cancellation as difficult as possible.
Losing money is one thing- struggling to get out of a scam is more difficult. Save yourself the trouble.
