In mid-April 2021 ordered 3 pairs of women's slacks. I have been sent messages that they were delivered, were not delivered, are enroute, are out of stock. Was notified had been shipped and were out of stock on the same day. Refuse to return my money (it's now mid June). Got "delivery confirmation" to someplace in Ohio (I have never lived in Ohio). Steinmart now takes the position that I need to find out who gave "the shipper" an Ohio address. Does Customer Service REALLY think I would order merchandise to be sent to a stranger? Steinmart has NO idea how the package ended up being delivered in Ohio. Sarcastically- I DIDN'T ADDRESS THE PACKAGE; THEY DID.
