Ordered a 50ft pre lit garland, came in good time, very nice, but a section quit working on the 2nd time it was plugged in. Customer Service has been prompt in trying to resolve the issue.
They have been very prompt in addressing the issue, but it appears there is nothing to do to get the section working again. They have had me try some things to try to resolve it, but to no luck. They have offered a 20% refund, which is nice, but unfortunatey won't cover the cost of another 9ft section.
