Whoever this Amanda chick is a liar and a greedy so-called business owner. Sent cancellation requests multiple time less than 24 hours it was purchased and she shipped the order anyway. No where in her website states no returns or cancellations but she swears up in down it's their policy.
The worse part of it all is that she lied directly to my face about the whole timeline. She thought I was stupid but I called her out on her bs. She said her warehouse already shipped the order when it really hadn't. I sent two cancellation requests at 12:32pm and 2:39pm and she never responded until 3:22 saying it already shipped BUT the tracking shows that the label wasn't created until 3:52pm (after she received all cancellation requests), and get this—the order didn't actually ship until 4:17pm! (WAY AFTER ALL COMMUNICATION HAVE ALREADY BEEN EXCHANGED).
She made excuses after excuses and lies. About being on vacation, blamed her warehouse, it had already shipped etc. Even after the fact she still made no effort to make things right nor acknowledge that the tracking shows the timeline of her lying. Clearly she had already made up her mind to not cancel my order. She didn't issue a call tag, intercept the package... NOTHING but kept insisting it already shipped. In my opinion that is shady, bad business practices, and greedy if you ask me.
After several email exchanges, she still threatened to charge a restocking fee and non refundable shipping costs out of spite which leaves me to believe this person is all about money and cares nothing for buyers. Just wants your money and doesn't care about customer service. It's the lying part that upset me the most.
She'd rather take a few bucks for restocking fee than to earn a lifelong customer and future businesses—how petty. I support small businesses that care about their customers. This was my first and unfortunately will be my last considering the horrible experience. That one, first, and only purchase shows the lack of consistency in their company.
Buyers beware. They are greedy and wants nothing more out of you than your money. No rapport, no customer service, no kindness. I will never support a business that deliberately ignores communication—I was made a fool of, and lied to. Seller took the route of making it harder for me so I had to refuse and return the package myself and drive to a facility to return the order since she made no effort on her end and stopped all communication thereafter.
So if you will have problems with your order good luck and fair warning! She made things so hard for me, it's not worth the hassle! Run as fast as you can and never look back! There's other companies that actually give a sh*t.
