Charms LOL

We received wrong items for our order (order#*******). Contacted the seller 3 times via emails around Feb 3,2020, and they have never replied.

We finally received the correct items on March 7,2020.

Whoever this Amanda chick is a liar and a greedy so-called business owner. Sent cancellation requests multiple time less than 24 hours it was purchased and she shipped the order anyway. No where in her website states no returns or cancellations but she swears up in down it's their policy.

The worse part of it all is that she lied directly to my face about the whole timeline. She thought I was stupid but I called her out on her bs. She said her warehouse already shipped the order when it really hadn't. I sent two cancellation requests at 12:32pm and 2:39pm and she never responded until 3:22 saying it already shipped BUT the tracking shows that the label wasn't created until 3:52pm (after she received all cancellation requests), and get this—the order didn't actually ship until 4:17pm! (WAY AFTER ALL COMMUNICATION HAVE ALREADY BEEN EXCHANGED).

She made excuses after excuses and lies. About being on vacation, blamed her warehouse, it had already shipped etc. Even after the fact she still made no effort to make things right nor acknowledge that the tracking shows the timeline of her lying. Clearly she had already made up her mind to not cancel my order. She didn't issue a call tag, intercept the package... NOTHING but kept insisting it already shipped. In my opinion that is shady, bad business practices, and greedy if you ask me.

After several email exchanges, she still threatened to charge a restocking fee and non refundable shipping costs out of spite which leaves me to believe this person is all about money and cares nothing for buyers. Just wants your money and doesn't care about customer service. It's the lying part that upset me the most.

She'd rather take a few bucks for restocking fee than to earn a lifelong customer and future businesses—how petty. I support small businesses that care about their customers. This was my first and unfortunately will be my last considering the horrible experience. That one, first, and only purchase shows the lack of consistency in their company.

Buyers beware. They are greedy and wants nothing more out of you than your money. No rapport, no customer service, no kindness. I will never support a business that deliberately ignores communication—I was made a fool of, and lied to. Seller took the route of making it harder for me so I had to refuse and return the package myself and drive to a facility to return the order since she made no effort on her end and stopped all communication thereafter.

So if you will have problems with your order good luck and fair warning! She made things so hard for me, it's not worth the hassle! Run as fast as you can and never look back! There's other companies that actually give a sh*t.

All of the squishies had lint on them? Like dust or something, I have no idea what it was. Some of them are dirty, like they have weird black marks that won't rub off. There was even one in non-resealable packaging that still somehow had lint on it? WHY is there lint on them? Who touched it? I have never seen a brand new squishy with lint on it, how did it get in there? And ALL had that, out of the 7 squishies I bought.
They are also more defected than what I'm used to with other websites (I know squishies can have defects easily, but these had more dents and visible holes than I've ever seen before.) One of them had cracks in the paint before I'd even touched it.
Also, this is a bit petty, but the extra is a joke. You have to specifically add the extra to your cart after your order qualifies, so 50 dollars and up. Like you have to look for it, you have to click on it like it was a product and add it to your shopping cart, which I've never seen on another website (seems to me like a way to get less people to get extras). It's just a round bun with their logo on it. It has dents (like defects). It also smells bad. I don't think it's scented, I think the foam just smells nasty for some reason. It might sound very petty to complain about an item that was free, but it's common place for squishy websites to give you extras, and they're usually of higher quality than this.

Overall all items arrived, they were authentic too, but the quality seems slightly worse than on other websites.

The shipping took about 20 days, I'm in Europe. I ordered from another store that's in Australia at the same time (same date) and that one arrived a week earlier. Take from that what you will.
Another tiny thing: the package doesn't have a fragile sticker or anything. My package was fine but I've had USPS packages before that were completely smashed, so a fragile sticker would be good since squishies are a bit... fragile.

I would not recommend this store and I will not buy there again, there's better websites out there.

This website has fantastic customer service and treats their customers very well. Shipping is fast and my squishy arrived in excellent condition including the packaging - and they send emails to thank repeat customers. Very happy!

I'm a single mom on a budget with a daughter who is really into squishies. So l let her order something from charms lol for Christmas!
Let's just say my poor girls heart was broken when she didn't receive what we had ordered (The product description had read "$50 grab bag includes 10 liscensed, non-rare squishy's") what we ended up with was 17 mini squishy's only 3 were licensed, the rest looked like they came from the dollar store and a couple even looked "homemade"

((If you know anything about squishy collecting you'll understand why this was incredibly disappointing! Especially to a kid who really doesn't get a lot!))

I emailed them and the owner Amanda REFUSED to even give an exchange (I never wanted a refund) just so my child could get what she had so hoped for.
On top of that she stopped even responding to my emails! Terrible product Even worse customer service! I will never order from charms lol again

I'm from Canada and I had 2 items in my cart for around 19$. When I was checking out it said the shipping was 16$! I mean come on more then the squishies

I love charmsLOL and theyre the only company I order from! They are great and have great prices and shipping! I love charmsLOL! Theyre the best every!

Charmslol is a great shop super affordable prices I even compared them to other squishy stores {~not mentioning any names~} and they and way cheaper maybe sometimes by a dollar or two but still makes a difference. Overall I THINK it's one of the top stores to buy from in my opinion thanks have an AMAZING day. BYE!

I ordered twice from Charmslol.com and NO SCAM the women who owns the shop, Amanda, answered my messages REALLY fast! Prices are reasonable plus shipping is only $3.25 I live in the US and they're US based so my squishy came in 2-3 days after it's been shipped! And they ship your packages the day after you ordered them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
