I've made a booking with insurance through these guys before the pandemic and they will accept that I'm entitled a refund of £700+ yet they have not provide 1 penny and not intending on doing that any time soon. They provide a voucher, but who would in their senses book anything with them again when they won't satisfy/honour the customer's rights with an acceptable policy?!?!?!? STAY AWAY unless you're ready to throw away your money.
