Funny that most of the real customers have proof that they have rented and been scammed by Economy Bookings and NONE of the 5 star reviews show any proof of rental? Coincidence?
"THE ONLY GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND THEY ALL LOOK THE SAME To be completely honest, this is the worst rental car experience I have ever had. We booked thru their site and purchased the insurance offered then when we get to the rental office "Club Cars" and they tell me the insurance we purchased from Economy Bookings is not "full coverage" insurance and we have to purchase their insurance for an additional $50 per day. The insurance form Economy Bookings clearly states it is a full coverage policy period!
I called them several time and they do not answer the phone, ever. Emailed them and it took weeks for them to reply then they give the BS "We would like to pay your attention on, that Booking Group Full Coverage it is the additional option that protects you against excess charges applied by the car rental company. In case an insurable event occurs during your rental period, Booking Group covers your excess."
The "Full Coverage Policy" on their letter head states differently!
