Is it a good deal if you never receive the product ordered, and then don't get a refund? Calls to "customer service" get you to pleasant people who are unable to get you satisfaction, emails to the same people are ignored. Instead of throwing your money away ordering here, please consider making a donation to a good cause. You'll feel better at the end of the day, even if your printer still needs toner.

Tip for consumers: Save yourself frustration and just go to Inkjets.com first. You'll probably end up there anyway.
