Ink is ink so customer service is all that's left and this outfit fails miserably. I ordered an ink replacement on 3/31 and did not get it until 4/15. The Website indicated it would be sent with free shipping but then at check out added shipping anyway. It was only 5 bucks so I let it go as I needed the ink. I got an order confirmation with a tracking link that didn't work. Calling the support line was an endless wait loop and the callback promise and promised email response never happened.15 days and 6 unanswered calls later I did get the ink with a 4/10 shipping date stamp on it. Won't be won't going back.
