I purchased a set of sheets. The web site said 15" pocket, but it's only 13 on the package received. I called and they offered a return. Following thier directions, exactly, I tried to mail back the box but the USPS refused to take it because the box and label did not match. Call ing customer service was a joke. They said follow the directions... Speaking to a supervisor, he said follow the directions... the customer service manager said put it in a different box and follow the directions... 45 minutes on the phone and now I have to buy a box or pay $20 to use Choxi's label. Never again. I'm going back to Amazon!

I love Amazon, especially after my experience with Choxi, but as with anything good, prices go up. I have seen prices rise over the last year at Amazon.

This site is great for general information. I always check what my doctor prescribes becuase I know I'll get unbiased advice.
