I have to warn everybody about the customer service and the credit card bank, Comeity that services Romans catalog…they are the absolute worst. The worst part is that there is nobody that you can complain to (higher-ups) that wants to hear it or you can even find on the Internet. What a shame, and a disgrace that people like me, and others that I know are unable to order from Roman's or any of the subsidiaries because of their customer service and credit card service. You call them they tell you one thing they never do it, you don't get your refunds correctly, I can go on and on. They barely understand English and when you think they understood you they turn around and do the opposite of what you called for. Please if anybody can reach the higher-ups at these companies …any of the CEOs etc., let them know because they're all living in a dream world. Their customers are really suffering and if they care they'll do something about it
