I placed an order in March of 2023. I returned 2 items (and had to pay for return shipping!).
I just called to place an order, for a winter coat, and they would not hoonor my credit because
They no longer have the "gift card" number! They only keep it for 90 days.
The woman I spoke with wouldn't look at my
Past orders to see that I had never used my credit. She just kept repeating they sent and email
With my gift card number in it and they don't have that anymore! Really? They would rather lose
A customer.
They now have my $30 and she asked if I wanted her to put a stop on receiving anymore catalogs. LOL
Not a reputable company, at all!
Tip for consumers:
No refunds! Only what they call "gift card" so you can apply it to another purchase!
