I ordered a desk from them and kept getting emails of "shipment delayed." When I called customer service, I was told that there was a warehouse reorganization and that the desk would be delivered on April 10, then April 14, then April 21, etc...
Although I was kept updated by a good customer rep, this was ridiculous. Today I got an email saying the item was now backordered and that my order was cancelled. I just ordered something similar from Houzz and am hoping that this problem will not happen again. Bottom line is Joss and Main was selling something that was not in stock and was not advertised as such.
